
All clients are Required to sanitize before entering The Crown Boutique. Face masks are optional for clients who have been vaccinated. Clients who are NOT vaccinated will be wearing a mask.
All common use surfaces are disinfected after each client, including chairs and doorknobs.

Clients that exhibit any of the signs of illness will result in a cancelled appointment at the expense of the client.
Clients agree to wash their hair 1-2 days before their appointment and to always come to their appointments with clean hair, free of any oils, moisturizers, conditioners, etc. Clients understand that coming to their appointment with dirty hair can cause their stylist to cancel or reschedule their appointment at the clients' expense.
The Sisterlocks™ Package offered by The Crown Boutique includes: A Consultation, Establishment, and a 2-hour retightening session.
I agree to receive a $75 non-refundable consultation regarding the Sisterlocks™ system of natural hair management and have understood the Instructions on the locking process, washing techniques, and daily care. This $75 will go towards my package should I wish to proceed to establishment.
I understand a $300 non-refundable deposit is required to book my Sisterlocks™ Establishment. This $300 goes towards your establishment if you choose to move forward.
I agree to use Sisterlocks™ products during the formation of my locks under the care of my Sisterlocks™ Consultant. I recognize that the special shampoo formula is designed to produce the best results, and that using products other than Sisterlocks™ may result in lock slippage, tangled or unravelling locks, and buildup of product residue.
I acknowledge that regular appointments are necessary to maintain the locks, and that if any scheduled appointments are missed, my consultant is not liable for the condition of my locks. I agree to always come to my appointments with clean hair, free of any oils, moisturizers, conditioners, etc. I agree to return for the follow-up visit 3-4 weeks from the date of the locking session. I understand that if I wait longer than 4 weeks, I will be charged the regular retightening fee.
I understand that retightening appointments are scheduled 4-6 weeks apart. If I cannot make an appointment within that time, extra fees may be assessed due to additional time needed to complete the retightening and the repairs to correct the damage that results from the extended time between retightening.
I understand that only the first 2 hours of my initial retightening session are free, and if my hair exceeds this 2-hour block, I will be charged at the hourly rate of $75 for every hour afterwards.
I understand a non-refundable $75 deposit is required to book any consultation (FREE if you book an establishment), a non-refundable $75 deposit Is required to book a Reti, and a non-refundable $300 deposit is required to book an establishment. Establishment/Consultation deposit goes toward the total establishment price.
I understand a non-refundable $75 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation/rescheduling made within 6 days of my appointment time. This includes:
“No Call, No Show” (These Clients will be charged the whole appointment price regardless of not receiving service)
Rescheduling 24 hours before my appointment
Being 15 minutes late to my appointment
A 15-minute late client will automatically have services canceled and SHOULD NOT COME AT ALL.
I acknowledge that under the circumstances, that any card on file may be charged a $75 Cancellation fee that must be paid before I can visit The Crown Boutique for any future service.
I acknowledge that my appointment starts at the scheduled time, regardless of my lateness. Though there is no fee for being late, I will be charged the hourly service fee of $75 for every hour block that exceeds my original appointment time.
If you are 14 minutes late and we start your hair appointment, please be aware that if we do not finish your hair before the next scheduled client, you will be responsible for scheduling another appointment to finish your hair.
If Clients must Reschedule an appointment, they must do so within 3 days before the originally scheduled appointment date. All deposits will apply towards their rescheduled appointment +/-3 from the original date.
Chronic non-compliance with my consultant's maintenance instructions, habitual missed appointments, and/or constantly extending the time between appointments can lead to my consultant releasing me from her chair and banning me from any future services at The Crown Boutique.
