Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable $75 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation/rescheduling made within 24 hours of client's appointment time. This includes: -"No Call, No Show" (These Clients will be charged the whole appointment price regardless of not receiving service) -Rescheduling 24 hours before appointment -Being 15 minutes late to appointment A 15-minute late client will automatically have services canceled and SHOULD NOT COME AT ALL. Clients acknowledge that under the circumstances, any card on file may be charged a $75 Cancellation fee that must be paid before they can visit The Crown Boutique for any future service.
